Amy was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee August 7th, 1976. She moved to Cape Coral, Florida with her family in 1986. She graduated from Cape Coral High School in 1994.
She started working in the real estate title business at 18 years of age and continued in the profession her entire business career. She was a licensed Florida Title Closing Agent. She was associated with First Title Service in Tampa through her company CAY3 Investments.
She had a very close family and many friends with whom she enjoyed spending time. She loved a good party and planned so many family dinners and gatherings. Her home was a gathering place for everyone.
She was preceded in death by her infant sister Lydia Sue, maternal grandparents, Ural and Pauline Hunt of Mineral Wells, West Virginia, and paternal grandparents, Ray and Irene Valentine of Parkersburg, West Virginia.
She is survived by her loving and faithful husband Ying Tse, her son Michael “CJ” Valentine, the “jewel in her crown,” parents Connie Hunt Valentine and Mike Valentine of Cape Coral, brothers Greg (Kelly Jo) Valentine and Matt (Cristy) Valentine and many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, and cousins.
Her body will be transported to Coral Ridge Funeral Home in Cape Coral, Florida. Visitation will be held from 5:00-8:30 p.m. on Friday, June 17th. Funeral services will be held in the Chapel at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 18th, with her Uncle Tim Valentine officiating. A Celebration of Life gathering will be held Saturday, June 18th, at the Westin Cape Coral starting at 5:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Amy's memory may be made to the Seasons Hospice Foundation for Accentcare Hospice, of Pasco County.
