Thomas Lee Goode

A memorial service will be held for Thomas Lee Goode, 65, at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, November 27, 2021 at Cheatham Memorial United Methodist Church in Edgewood, Texas. Services will be under the direction of Eubank Funeral Home and officiated by Bro. David McGlocklin.

Thomas departed for his heavenly home on Saturday, November 20, 2021. Born on November 5, 1956 in Wills Point to Willos W. Goode and Hazel McWilliams Goode, graduating Edgewood High School in 1975.

Thomas enjoyed racing cars, going fishing, and tinkering in his shop. He was also gifted at restoring old furniture and repairing all types of vehicles. His greatest joy though, was spending time with his family and grandchildren. He believed that life should be lived to the fullest and exemplified the practice in daily life. Thomas had a big heart and loved the Lord, his family and never missed an opportunity to make people laugh. He was quite a character and one of a kind. He will be deeply missed by all that knew and loved him.

Thomas is survived by his beloved wife, Holly Goode; children, Janet and Jason Gordon, Lisa and Kevin Uhl, Joshua Chennault, Chelsea and Jonathon Emmert, Malissa Dominguez, Kate and Daniel Boyd, Kelsey Holt; eight grandchildren, Miranda Dixon, Travis McPherson, Haydon Gordon, Clayton Gordon, Lucas Uhl, Weston Emmert, Holden Emmert, and Charlotte Padro; siblings and spouses, David and Nancy Goode, William and Glenda Goode, Stephen and Marianne Goode, Michael and Joanna Goode; numerous nieces and nephews; host of other family and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Willos Goode, Ed and Hazel McEnturff; and his brother, Willos Goode.
