Steven G. Brown, age 71, of Tyler, Texas, passed away Sunday, May 1, 2022. He was born April 4, 1951 to parents Oscar and Ethel Brown. Steve was baptized at the Canton Church of Christ when he was 11 years old.
Steve graduated from Canton High School in 1969. He served our country in the Navy for two years during the Vietnam War. He married Charlotte Woolverton and had two children, Jonathan and Julie. He was a certified welder and pipeline inspector for many years.
Survivors include Jonathan, Erica, Julie, Todd, and two grandchildren, Taylor and BreAnna, as well as two brothers, two sisters, many nieces, a nephew, great nieces, great nephews, many in-laws and cousins.
Steve was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, and a niece.
A memorial service is scheduled at 11 a.m., Friday May 13, 2022 at Eubank Funeral Home in Canton.
