Private services for Sarah Petty, 68, will be held Saturday, April 18, 2020, at Eubank Funeral Chapel in Canton with Chaplain Rick Webb officiating. Interment will be in Haven of Memories.
Sarah passed away April 15, 2020 at her home. She was born March 9, 1952 in Greenville. She was a member of the New Life Baptist Church. Sarah loved to read, listen to music and go to the casino.
Mrs. Petty is preceded in death by her parents: R.D. Ishmael and Mae Seals; husband, David Petty; and two brothers: Roger Flournoy and Ray Ishmael.
Sarah is survived by husband, Danny Stogsdill; sons: Marcus and Keysha Petty and Curtis and Andi Odom; daughters: Rene Pryor, Mandy and Frankie Farrow, Jennifer and Jason Hammack and Mallory and Stephen Pouliasis; 16 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Pat Holley.
