Michelle Maris Jones

Michelle grew up in Canton, Texas and graduated from Canton Highs School. She attended college at Trinity Valley Jr. College in Athens, Texas. Michelle enjoyed gardening and grown all kinds of plants. She was always showing off her bling, she loved wearing jewelry. Michelle loved animals, her four dogs, Fendi, Scrappy, Itty Bitty and Bella were very important to her. But, most important was her children and grandbaby, they were her pride and joy. Spending time with her children, grandchild, family and friends was the making of the best day ever. She loved them dearly and she will be greatly missed by all that knew her.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Barbara and Ralph Cason.

Michelle is survived by her children, Lacey Danielle Jones, James Leigh Jones and his fiancé, Harley Sexton; grandchild, Gracelynn Hope Jones; her significant other, Vince Bateman; parents, Ross and Mary Maris; brother, Stephen Ross Maris; half-brothers, Chris Michael Harris and Brandon Michael Harris; step brother, Mark Allen Paterson; nephew, Kellan Ross Maris; a many other relatives and friends.

A memorial service will be held at a future date.
