Luke Wayne Scott

Services for Luke Wayne Scott, 10, of Canton, TX are scheduled for Monday, 2:00 p.m. June 25, 2018, at Eubank Funeral Chapel in Canton with Bro. Rusty Hathcock officiating. Interment will be at Haven of Memories Memorial Park.

Luke passed away June 21, 2018, in Kaufman, TX.

He was born July 24, 2007, in Dallas, TX to John Paul and Candi Jo Scott.

Luke attended Canton Intermediate School and was a member of the Canton Trail Riders. He enjoyed baseball, rodeos, swimming, fishing and shooting BB guns. He had a compassionate heart of gold and was always willing to help anyone in need. Luke was a loyal friend and never met a stranger. He was his dad’s best buddy and will be missed by his many friends and family.

Luke is survived by his parents, John and Candi Jo Scott of Canton; brother, Payton and Callie Scott; sister, Averi Scott; brothers, Jordan, Nick and Jack Scott; grandparents, Troy and Wilma Scott; grandmother, Beverly Arthur; nephew, Tucker Wayne Scott; a host of other family and his best friend, Leyton Burns.

He is preceded in death by his granddad, Rick Arthur.

Visitation will be Sunday, 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home in Canton.
