Linda Sue Raymond

She was born November 30, 1945 in Ben Wheeler to Charles Woodrow and Lois Winona Petty Rector. Mrs. Raymond passed away January 27, 2022 in Grand Saline, TX.

Linda Sue grew up in the Ben Wheeler area and attended Flatwood Assembly of God Church. She served as a pastor’s wife while married to Rev. Charles Raymond. She enjoyed playing the piano, writing songs, spending time with family and friends, and cooking. She began attending New Horizon’s Assembly of God after moving to Grand Saline, TX.

Mrs. Raymond was preceded in death by her parents, C.W. and Lois Rector; husband, Charles Raymond; sister, Rita Amsler; and brother, Sonny Rector.

Linda Sue is survived by her daughter, Rene' and husband Randy Lovejoy; daughter, Randi and husband Jerry Parker; son, Ricky Raymond; grandchildren: Sarah and Luke Davis, Becky Lovejoy, Matthew Lovejoy, Trista and Garl Davlin; numerous great-grandchildren; three brothers: Bill and Jean Rector, Tim Rector and Ricky Rector; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Honorary pallbearers will be Matthew Lovejoy, Luke Davis and Randy Lovejoy and Cisco Lopez.

Visitation will be held 6-8 pm Tuesday at Eubanks Funeral Home in Canton, Tx. There will be no graveside services.
