Janet Cain Jarrell

Janet passed away peacefully on February 14, 2024 in Brenham, Texas. She was born on May 14, 1943 in Madison, WI to Lloyd George and Nellie Ida Willians.

Janet was a beautiful lady and full of life. She spent many years RVing. Janet met and married her true love after a Valentine's Day date. Janet and Tommy married on May 14, 2004 in Las Vegas.

The couple moved to the Houston area where they built a wonderful life. Janet was member of the Bear Creek Methodist Church; the couple has fond memories of being involved in church.

Janet was a member of the Nature Conservation club in Winedale, Texas and was an active member for many years. Janet loved the simple life. Living on their three acres and raising their dogs to run free. Janet enjoyed time with family enjoying the pool and patio. Janet's home was always inviting. All who showed up on their doorstep were welcome. Janet enjoyed baking and checking out bakeries when traveling.

Janet's life was full of adventures with her beloved, Tommy, family and friends. Janet will be dearly missed but live on in the hearts and memories of all that knew and loved her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Nellie Willian.

Janet is survived by husband, Tommy Jarrell; daughter, Cindy Alery; daughter, Tischambia Cain Ferguson; stepson, Cameron Jarrell; granddaughter, Amanda Hensen; great granddaughter, Haelyn; great grandson, Ethan; brother, Vernon Willian.

A visitation will be held on Friday, February 23, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Interment will be Haven of Memories Memorial Park in Canton, Texas.
