She was born October 4, 1938 in Massillon, Ohio to the late Orin and Edna Burkholder. Charlotte was a graduate of Dalton High School, Class of 1956. She was a devoted Christian and a member of Church of the Lakes.
Charlotte is survived by her husband of 64 years, Robert E. Fowler; children, Cheryl (Ken) Spangler, Mark (Lesley) Fowler, and Bruce (Dianne) Fowler; six grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A visitation for Charlotte will be held Tuesday, November 26, 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Karlo-Libby Funeral Home, 5000 Everhard Rd NW, Canton, Ohio 44718. A visitation will occur Wednesday, November 27, 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at Church of the Lakes, 5944 Fulton Dr. NW, Canton, OH 44718. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at 11:00 AM at Church of the Lakes. Charlotte will be laid to rest in Sunset Hills Burial Park.
