Born in Peru, he spent over 40 years with Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, continuing a family tradition in the rubber business that began with his great-grandfather 130 years ago. His extensive career included roles from Production Supervisor to Field Engineering and Product Performance Manager, where he traveled throughout Latin America, making significant contributions to the company’s success.
A remarkable dad, he was married twice and is survived by his devoted wife, four children and one grandchildren. His strong Catholic faith and unwavering desire to help others were evident in both his professional and personal life. Known for his generosity and support, he faced his recent battle with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis with courage and hope.
In addition to his professional achievements, Cesar had a passion for singing karaoke, often joking that he was the true inventor of the art form. His legacy of professional excellence, personal kindness, and vibrant spirit will be fondly remembered by all who knew him.
Calling hours for Cesar will be held at Karlo-Libby Funeral Home on Friday, September 20, 2024 from 5:00-9:00 pm and on Saturday, September 21, 2024 from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Saturday at 12:00 pm. Burial will follow at Sunset Hills Burial Park.
