Suzanne Frances Ziontz (Denn) of Boca Raton, FL, formerly of Stamford, CT, entered into rest on December 5, 2021 at the age of 85. Born on May 20, 1936 in New York, NY, she was the daughter of the late Daniel Denn and Teenie Denn (Sommer).
Beloved wife of the late Dr. Murray D. Ziontz, with whom she shared 44 years of marriage. Dear companion of Phillip Frank. Loving mother of Sherri Godlin, Jodi Welch and her husband Bill, and Cindi Ziontz and her husband Bob Goodhue. Cherished grandmother of Michael Godlin and his wife Samantha, Daniel Godlin and his wife Lauren, Hannah Godlin, Sean Welch and his wife Brittney, Josh Welch, Samantha Welch, Zach Ziontz-Goodhue, and Maia Ziontz-Goodhue. Proud great-grandmother (Granny) of Dreama Godlin and Noah Godlin.
Suzanne was a passionate businesswoman throughout her life. From owning and managing real estate, to following the stock market and engaging in various other investments, Suzanne loved business in all aspects. Early on in her life, she was an elementary school teacher, eventually resigning in 1961 to become a mother. Suzanne worked in her husband Murray’s dental office while also keeping herself involved in the real estate world. Beyond work, Suzanne was a masterful bridge player and collector. She was loved and will truly be missed.
A temple service will be held on Wednesday, December 8th at 12:30PM at Temple Sinai, 25 Canton Street, Sharon, MA 02067. Burial to follow at Sharon Memorial Park.
