Marshall Kawadler of Delray Beach, FL formerly of Easton, MA, died after a brief illness September 17, 2018 at 85. He was the first son born to Rose (Chyet) and David Kawadler. Beloved husband of the late Gail (Horowitz) Kawadler. Devoted father of Julie, Suzanne and partner Robert, Leigh (McNutt) and husband Shawn, and Dana. Loving brother of Gerald and wife Barbara, and the late Eliott Kawadler, and brother-in-law of Jay Horowitz and wife Lois. Cherished "Papa" of Riley, Owen and Greyson, and loving uncle and true friend to many! He grew up on Norfolk Street in Dorchester and spent Saturdays with family and friends at Franklin Field. After earning his degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University, Marshall worked in the family automotive parts business, David H. Kawadler & Sons. He moved to Florida in his later years and worked as a COP (Citizens on Patrol) and on many democratic political campaigns. He was an avid Boston sports fan! Funeral services will be held at the Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, 475 Washington Street, Canton, MA on Sunday, September 23rd at 2PM, followed by burial at Sharon Memorial Park. A gathering will be held at the home of Suzanne Griffin on Sunday immediately following burial.
