Beloved wife of the late Harold Hoffman, with whom she shared 63 years of marriage. Dear daughter of the late Samuel and Jennie. Devoted mother of Steven D. Hoffman & his wife Mary Beth of Melbourne, FL and Westerly, RI, James W. Hoffman & his wife Holly of Carver, MA, and Elissa A. Cohen & her husband Michael of Stoughton, MA. Sister of Phyllis Dillon & husband Bill. Cherished grandmother of Scott & wife Amy, Bryan & wife Eileen, Kevin & wife Caroline, Adam, Rachel & husband Pat, Kyle, Joshua and Jessica. Proud great grandmother of Katelyn, Emma, Claire, Hailey, Alice, & Maggie. Predeceased by her great grandson Dylan.
Founding member and secretary of Temple Beth Shalom in Holbrook. She was the past president of the sisterhood. Marilyn was also a member of the Red Hat Society. In her free time Marilyn loved to play Mahjong. Most important Marilyn loved spending time with her family.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, 475 Washington Street, Canton, MA. Interment to follow at Sharon Memorial Park.

Shiva will be at the home of Elissa & Michael Cohen on Tuesday following services until 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and continuing Wednesday from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
