Devoted wife of the late Eli Seidman. Loving mother of Joan Drobnis and her husband Bruce, Michael Seidman and his wife Nancy, and Carol Seidman and her husband Ric Panciera. Cherished grandmother of Adam Drobnis, Rachel (Rob) Logan, Elizabeth Seidman, Benjamin Panciera and Elijah Panciera, and great-grandmother of Geo and Vivi Logan. She is also survived by her beloved dog, Charlie, who came to say goodbye to her.
Born in Boston, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin and Fay (Sykes) Sher and was predeceased by her two sisters, the late Sylvia Meltzer and the late Irene Abelow. She was the dear sister-in-law of Boris Seidman and aunt of Bonnie Cherney, Barbara Sterling, Susan Gilmore, Marlene Wasserstein, Sandra Earl and the late James Seidman.
Judith left as she came, with a smile, a hug, and a joke. She loved her family and friends. Great food. Flowers. Laughter. Avid Celtics, Patriots and Bruins fan. Talented knitter, sewer, writer and piano player, just to name a few. Always ready with a compliment to brighten your day. She will be missed beyond words.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, May 25th at Stanetsky Memorial Chapel, 475 Washington Street, Canton followed by burial at Sharon Memorial Park.
Shiva will be observed at the home of Carol Seidman and Ric Panciera on Wednesday following services until 8 PM and continuing on Thursday from 10 AM to 8 PM.
