He was survived by his loving wife of almost 60 years, Kathleen Caissy, his two daughters, Joyce Caissy and Donna Ballard. He had three grandchildren: Mark, Sarah and Megan. He also had great grandchildren: Charlotte, Beatrix, Damon and Cassidy. His surviving sisters: Rose Alice, Ida, Estelle and Simone. His surviving brothers: Roger and Real. As well as nephews, nieces, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his parents: Arthur Caissy and Emilda Ouellette.
Romeo truly enjoyed having people around him. He also loved the great outdoors where he would spend time fishing and hunting.
