Born in Campbellton on July 23rd, 1946 daughter of (the late) Jean Irvine and (the late) Clarence Durette.
She was a dedicated mother and grandmother and treasured her children, and grandchildren and cherished every moment with them. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her daughter, Charlene (Rob) Hamilton-Morrisey of Cannington, Ontario, her son, Jason (Jocelyn) St. Onge, of Tide Head, New Brunswick, her grandchildren, Richard (Obie), Kim, Kat, Robin, Sara and Luke, her sister Eileen Wafer and brothers, Ronnie and Ricky Durette as well as many nieces, nephews and cherished friends.
A Funeral Service will be held at Maher's Funeral Chapel, 64 Lansdowne St. in Campbellton on Tuesday, August 24th, at 2pm.
Visitation at Maher's Funeral Home, 33 Lansdowne St., Campbellton, on Monday 23, 2021 from 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm.
The family wishes to extend a sincere thank you to the staff of the Campbellton Regional Hospital, Ambulance New Brunswick and the members of the Tide Head Fire Department. We will be forever grateful for the kindness and compassion they gave to our mother, and family during this difficult time.
