John was born on Tuesday, May 17, 1977 in Campbellton, NB to Norman Carter and the late Joanne Vicaire.
He is survived by his children Brittney, Kassie, Liam Vicaire, Oneesha and Tisha. He was also survived by his brother Claude Vicaire and his father Normand Cater. He was predeceased by his grandparents Joseph Vicaire “Daddy Joe” and Angelique Vicaire.
A Funeral Service for Dale will be held at Maher's funeral Chapel, 64 Lansdowne St., Campbellton on Friday, November 01 at 11:00 am
The family will welcome family and friends at Maher's funeral Home, 33 Lansdowne St in Campbellton on Wednesday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00, and on Friday from 10:00 am until time of funeral at the Chapel.
