The death of Carolyn MacIntosh, of Campbellton, daughter of the late Leslie MacIntosh and the late Muriel Dawson, occurred at the Campbellton Regional Hospital on Thursday, February 4, 2010 at the age of 64.
She will be sadly missed by her daughters: Tanya Gauthier of Campbellton and Tracy (Gauthier) Wallis (Keith) of Montreal; grandchildren: Bryanna, Caitlin & Devon; her sister in friendship Ruth Lyons; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Carolyn was a registered nurse’s assistant and worked at the Soldiers Memorial Hospital and later at the Village Nursing Home in Campbellton for many years before her retirement in June 2009.
The funeral service was held on Saturday, February 6, 2010 in Gateway Assembly Church, Campbellton and officiated by Pastor Silas Matchett with burial in the Campbellton Rural Cemetery later in the spring.
