Dale was born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Dale's family settled in British Columbia when he was a young boy. Dale spent many years working in the Pulp & Paper Industry in Mackenzie, B.C.
He was predeceased by his parents Helen & Roy Fisher, his wife Catherine Fisher, his son Robert Fisher, sister-in-law Anne Fisher, brother-in-law Al Parks and his eldest brother Terry Fisher. He is survived by his daughter, Cheryl (Gordon) Harrison, granddaughters Corynne Schreiber & Janine Gatzke, great grandchildren Landon & Ashlyn Haleta, brothers Wayne & Alan (Terri) Fisher, sister-in-law Sharon Fisher, sister-in-law Irene Parks, as well as many nieces & nephews.
Dale will be remembered as a warm hearted, kind gentle man with a quick wit and dry sense of humor.
A Celebration of Life will be planned in late Spring 2025 in Campbell River, B.C.
