Bonnie Ann Nelson

She is pre-deceased by her father Victor Scott and her mother Lucy (nee Stonex) and her sister Emily (Cliff) Henderson.

She is survived by her loving husband of 61 Years Wayne Nelson and her children Brenda (Calvin) Cadwallader, Bradley (Gary) Nelson and Darren (Teresa) Nelson and her grandchildren

Dusty, Ashley, Tyler and Kyle. Also, her siblings Vera (Peter) Busse, Carroll (Allan) Taylor,

Jim (Lynn) Scott, Gordon Scott, June (Larry) Byhre, and Joy (Steve) Watson, and many nieces and nephews.

Bonnie had a great sense of humor, she enjoyed the outdoors and camping, working in her gardens and being with her family. She loved Christmas and enjoyed decorating her home for the holidays and making homemade turtles for her family.

In her earlier years her and her husband Wayne ran a Transportation company in Port Hardy which they took pleasure in running together.

Later she enjoyed working for many years at Pacific Coastal Airlines,

Until she retired in 2007 and enjoyed the time with her husband, family and friends.

At this time there is no service, however there will be a Celebration of Life in the Spring. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the BC Cancer Society or The Alzheimer's Society, in Bonnie's name.
