She was the daughter of Benjamin Wicker and Nellie (Livingston) Wicker who preceded her in death.
In addition, Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Pinky L. Evans in 2015 & 4 brothers and 3 sisters.
Surviving are her 4 children, 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
A viewing for Betty will be held Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at 12:00 PM at Neill Funeral Home, 3401 Market St, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011. A funeral service will be held immediately following the viewing at 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Rolling Green Cemetery, 1811 Carlisle Road, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011 following the funeral service.
