So sorry to hear of Sheila's passing. I volunteered with her on Tuesdays at the food bank. She was a pleasure to work with.

I volunteered on Thursday mornings, often with Sheila, at the Food Bank for several years.   Her conversations were always about you Keith and then your kids.  Always spoken with such affection and love. All of you were her anchor as I’m sure she was yours.
She will always be with all of you in spirit .  Peace be with you even in your grief.

Dear Keith, Colin and Adele, 

My warmest condolences as you go through the motions of losing such an amazing life partner, mother, grandmother and friend. Shelia truly was a small and mighty human who I sought out often while working together at the Cambridge Food Bank. 

Shelia for a loss of better words - was awesome. We shared some great laughs, and I count myself lucky for having the opportunity to share our life pathways for a few years. I admired her,  and appreciated her ability to always be fair - to all people - no matter the situation or scenario. 

Above all, Shelia always spoke so lovingly about her family. I can recall stories of both Colin and Adele as you were growing up, stories of Keith traveling, stories of grandchildren.  

I am keeping you all in my warm thoughts as you navigate through these difficult times, and hold a special place in my heart for Shelia.

It was such a pleasure working with Shelia for so many years at the food bank. Shelia was a fixture at the front desk where many participants asked about her whenever she was away. She showed kindness and empathy to all who walked through our doors and did her best to ensure that everyone walked out feeling better than when they arrived.
