Passed away peacefully after a brief illness, at Cambridge Memorial Hospital on Monday, December 16, 2019 at the age of 58.
He is reunited with his father James Hartford and his partner Chrissy. He will be lovingly remembered by his mother Ione Hartford, his sisters Marie and Kathy and many friends here in Cambridge.
In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place. Special thanks to Dr. Albrecht and his team for their coordinated care.
