Passed away peacefully on Oct. 24, 2019 with her family by her side at Cambridge Memorial Hospital .
Jackie was a devoted loving wife and best friend of Paul for 32 cherished years. Beloved mother of Maddy Byrne (David), and Jade (Sam Philchuk). Jackie leaves behind her beautiful grandson Finnley whom she absolutely adored. Jackie is survived by her mother Madeline Tremblett and pre deceased by her father Lawrence. Loved sister of Susan DeLorenzis (Joe), Joan Wood (Richard), Cathy Alves (Gary), Diane Chabot (Marc), Linda Davis, Larry Tremblett (Glenda) and her beloved Aunt Catherine Hedderson.
Jackie will be fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends and all of the wonderful memories we had together at her cottage in Turkey Point. Cremation has taken place. A private celebration of Jackie’s life will be held at a later date.Donations in her memory to the Juravinski Cancer Centre would be appreciated by her family.
