Helen Alice Halls

With heavy hearts, we share the sad news that Helen Halls passed away peacefully at the Chartwell Long Term Care Centre in Kitchener early Sunday morning October 16, 2022, the day that she and Reg would have celebrated their 68th wedding anniversary.

Helen lived all of her life in the Preston and Galt area of Cambridge where, along with her deceased and much beloved husband Reg Halls, raised their family.

Survived by her children Patrick (Linda), Sandra (Peeter), Barbara (Steven), Carole, and Timothy (Laura), and by her grandchildren Brandon and Janessa Halls, Jessica, Becky and Nicholas Pehme, Cole, Cameron and Ty Fischer, William and Gillian Charlebois, and Lauren and Rachel Halls. She will be greatly missed around the Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter dinner tables. Heartfelt thanks to the staff at Chartwell and Fairview Mennonite Home for their care, patience and dedication to our Mom.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St.Patrick's Parish, 53 Wellington Street, Cambridge, on Saturday, October 22, at 9:30 am. Following Mass, Helen will be interred at Parklawn Cemetery next to her husband Reginald, and across from her sisters, Rita, Marjorie, Virginia, and Claire Paetz.
