Graham was born on June 4, 1966 in Fort William which is now Thunder Bay Ontario. He was a loving husband to Monica (nee Lewis) and a wonderful father to Madison and Caitlin. He will also be missed by his surviving parents Harry and Sue and his parents-in-law Keith and Eileen Lewis. Beloved brother to Steve (Deborah Shaw), Alison and brother-in-law to Michelle Lewis. Dear uncle to Annette, Jennifer, Sebastian, Thomas, Harrison and Victoria. Graham is predeceased by his brother-in-law Greg Lewis.
Graham grew up in Thunder Bay until he was accepted into Queens University in Kingston and graduated with a BSc. In Mechanical Engineering. With jobs in engineering taking him to Woodstock and then to Guelph University for a year in the biomechanics department. Guelph is where he began playing in bands, such as Finger Paint Picassos and became locally famous as the Brothers’ Braun.
Guelph is where Graham met Monica and they moved to Montreal for work. Here, they made many friends, threw awesome parties, and were married in 1998. They started their family in Saint-Lazare.
He returned to Cambridge with his family in 2001 and started a successful IT career. His passion for music continued and his ambition to own a sailboat with his family came true. Eventually, Graham’s dreams of owning a family business led him to start Monigram Coffee Roasters in 2012 with his wife Monica in the Galt part of Cambridge. This became his happy place and legacy.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, January 19, 2025 at EVO Kitchen & Bar, 31 Water St Cambridge. Visitation from 2-4pm and celebration of memories starting at 4pm.
