Dearly loved by his wife Elinore of 27 years. He will forever remain in the hearts of his children Janice (Andrew) Walls, Brian (Sharon) Driscoll, JoAnn (John) Webb, Brent (Susana) Driscoll, David (Lolita) Newton, Karen Smit, Patti Prickett and Barb (John) Brum. Loving grandfather to Jennifer Ball, Meredith (Ryan) Walls-Butler, Cory Walls, Everett (Dayna) Walls, Sean-Gregory Driscoll, Latham Driscoll, Amy (Brad) Wagenaar, James (Erin) Webb, Dawson Driscoll, Cassidy Driscoll, Sara Newton, Ana Newton, Eric Newton, Katrina Smit, Olivia Smit, Tara Newton, Rachel Prickett, Amy Prickett, Jonathan Prickett and Nadia Brum. Cherished great-grandfather to 10 great-grandchildren. Survived by his brother Paul (Nancy) Driscoll. Frank will be remembered by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased by his first wife Marjorie (1995) of 44 years, his parents Clinton and Etta Driscoll, his siblings Clifford, Ruth and Marjorie as well as his granddaughter Laurel-Jane Ball (1987).
Frank was a member of ancient mariners and square dancing club. He was also a longtime member of Forward Church where he served in many capacities and made many lifelong friends. He enjoyed many years of travel – Mexico being their favourite winter destination. His work was his passion, starting at Galt Roofing and ending at Sutherland Schultz. His craft was his gift. His last project was the copper dome on the clock tower in Victoria Park, Kitchener, Ontario.

Visitation will be held at Coutts Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 96 St Andrews St., Cambridge on Thursday, April 27th from 10 – 11am. The funeral service will take place in the funeral home chapel on Thursday, April 27th at 11am with a reception to follow. The service will be livestreamed. Cremation will take place at a later date.
