Clive Alton Harris

Loving father of Jacqueline Webb, Luis Harris, Andrea Dunkerley, Patrick Harris, and Jeanette Harris. He was proud of his four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. He will also be lovingly remembered by his partner Renee Rainey.

Clive was born in Kingston, Jamaica and immigrated to Canada in the 1980’s. He was a Chartered Accountant and had his own accounting business here in Cambridge. Clive also enjoyed reading, traveling, photography, listening to music, politics, a life-long learner, having a wide knowledge in many areas, and spending time with family and friends. He also enjoyed a nice glass of scotch. The family wish to thank Ewart and Doreen Wheeler for their love, support and great help in taking care of their father as if he was their own in their absence. They were a ‘God send’ and gave the family peace of mind to know that he had such caring people looking out for him. They have become like family.

In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place and a Graveside Funeral Service will be celebrated at Trinity Anglican Cemetery, 80 Blenheim Road, Cambridge on Friday, September 27th at 1:30 pm. As expressions of sympathy, donations in Clive’s memory to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by his family.
