Christopher Saunders

Christopher Saunders, age 70, of Cambridge, Ontario passed away on Sunday, December 25, 2022 at Cambridge Memorial Hospital.

Born in Bell Island Newfoundland, Christopher was the son of the late Walter and Martha Saunders (nee Somerton).

Left to mourn is his partner of 46 years, Sharon and their 3 children Carmel, Christopher, Keith and son, Clayton, in Toronto.

Christopher has 6 grandchildren, EJ, Bria, Kendra, Hailey, MacKenzie and Rayne, and one great grandson Remi.

Christopher will be missed by siblings Angus (Lillian), Rosalind (Bill), Rita, Diane (John), Janet (Ray) and Tina. He is predeceased by siblings Walter and Edward.

Chris loved life. He was a doctor one day, and a lawyer the next. He was a jack of all trades. He was a great bartender and met a lot of friends along the way. He was also a true Toronto Blue Jays fan, and loved a good game of Texas Hold 'em.

He would do anything for anyone, a kind, generous man and wonderful human being.

Now he has gone to see a man about a horse.

A visitation for Christopher will be held Friday, December 30, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at T. Little Funeral Home & Cremation Centre, 223 Main Street, Cambridge, ON N1R1X2, followed by a funeral service from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
