Blanche was a loving and understanding mother and grandmother, and a true and caring friend. Up until the last few years, she took part in Deaf Club, and loved to travel with her friends and family. For Blanche, family get-togethers were the most important thing. Blanche will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered by her children Wendy Fox (Steve), Robert Wilson (Cathy), and Blaine Wilson (Mary Jane), grandchildren Jessica Fox, Mallory Wagler (Kyle), Samantha Fox (Cam), Catherine Wilson (Lance Frew), Laura Beth Wilson (Eric Hubert), Telka O’Donovan (Patrick), and Tessa Shimkoff (Anthony), and her great-grandchildren Ewan, Finn, Caelan, Carter, and Graham. She is also survived by her sister-in-law Marlene Styles, niece Donna Cyr (Mike), nephew Dennis Styles (Mary), nephew John Wilson (Lynn), niece Della Wilson, and nephew Jeff Wilson (Maggie). Blanche was predeceased by her husband Charles Carder Wilson, brother Bert Styles, sister Audrey Styles, and her parents Guy and Hazel Styles. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 17th from 9:30 am to 11:00 am at Coutts Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 am in the funeral home’s chapel, followed by a reception in the lounge. Interment at Mount View Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Bob Rumball Centre for the Deaf, or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
