Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on September 5, 2015 at Cambridge Memorial Hospital in his 50th year. Husband and best friend to Renee (nee Richard), father to Derek (Melissa), Justin and step-father to Joel (Megan). Grandfather to Delilah, Alyssa and Logan. Brother to Angus (Valerie), Lyn (Brian Jones predeceased) also predeceased by his parents George and Evelyn Mathew. Alan will be sadly missed by his niece, nephews and their families and his little four legged friend Kane. In keeping with Alan’s wishes cremation has taken place. There will be a Celebration of Life held at the T. LITTLE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION CENTRE, 223 Main Street, Cambridge, Ontario N1R 1X2 (519)623-1290 on Saturday, September 12, 2015 from 1:00-4:00p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Cambridge Memorial Hospital.
