Steven Raymond James Gallant passed away suddenly from heart failure, while holidaying in Switzerland with close friends and loving partner, on Monday, August 7th, 2023 at the age of 52 years. Steven was a devoted father, loving brother, dedicated son and loyal friend.
Family and friends were very important to Steven and he demonstrated this love in many ways. He was open to new adventures and experiences which led him to live a full life. A big kid at times his playfulness was contagious. His larger than life presence will be deeply missed.
Steven is lovingly remembered by his three children: Kasey, Dexter, Mary Lou and partner Jenny Appleby, father Raymond, sister Catherine (Ted) Novio and their children: Ashlyn, RJ and Nicholas, sister Nancy Gallant ( Richard Veth). Steven is predeceased by his mother Mary Gallant in 2010. "He will remain forever in all our hearts".
A Memorial Service will be held at Foster's Garden Chapel 3220 - 4th street N.W. Calgary (across from Queens Park Cemetery) on Thursday, August 17, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.
