Rena Lee Panteluk; loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend, was called to heaven and given peace following a difficult battle with cancer, surrounded by her family on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at the age of 55 years in Calgary, Alberta. Rena is lovingly remembered by her four children; Jamie-Lee Cooke (John), Shawn Panteluk (Amanda), Lukas Panteluk and Xena Bencharski; her three siblings Penny Wilson (John), Travis Panteluk and Tracy Panteluk (Arlene); her nine grandchildren and countless other family and friends. She is predeceased by her father Donald Panteluk (1965) and mother Verna Panteluk (2005). Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at a Memorial Service held at FOSTER’S GARDEN CHAPEL, 3220 – 4 Street N.W., Calgary (across from Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Thursday, February 16, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. If friends and family wish, donations can be made to the Rosedale Hospice, 920 7a St NW, Calgary, AB T2M 3J4.
