Karl William Paul passed away unexpectedly, at his home, alone, on Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at the age of 40 years.
Karl was born August 19, 1979, in Chicoutimi, Quebec. Moving with his parents, he was raised in Chicoutimi, QC, Moose Jaw ,SK, Universal City ,TX, St Hubert ,QC, Portage la Prairie ,MB and finally Calgary. During the first half of his life he was a gifted student, athlete, musician and fun loving son.
He had a kind and gentle soul, however over his last years, he struggled with finding a place in society.
Karl is sadly missed by his Father Herb (Augusta), Brother Ross (Audrey) and nephew Ryder.
He was predeceased by his Mother Carol; Uncle Mel Paul; grandparents Cliff and Mary Paul, Hugh and Marge Layton.
A Celebration of Karl’s life will be held at Foster's Garden Chapel, 3220 4 Street NW Calgary (across from Queen’s Park Cemetery) on Saturday September 28 at 2:00 p.m.
