Joyce Elaine Segouin, age 86, of Calgary, Alberta passed away on Monday, October 7, 2024.
With great sadness, the family of Joyce (Joy) announces her passing on Monday October 7, 2024 at the age of 86 after a lengthy battle with illness.
She was the daughter of Gordon Murray (Dan) and Winona Mae Finlayson and was born on August 5, 1938 in Calgary Alberta. She is survived by her son Doug and her very special granddaughter Chloe-Rose from Barrie, Ontario; her son Ken and Nancy of Calgary; her sister Donna-Mae from Devon, and all her loving nieces, nephews and many caring friends. She was predeceased by her husband Joe Robert Leo Segouin in 2009.
A celebration of her life will be held on October 25, 2024 at 3:00pm at the South Calgary Funeral Centre. In lieu of flowers, a donation in her memory may be made to Diabetes Canada or the Canadian Cancer Society.
