Mrs. Kwan was born in Hoi Ping, Guangdong, China on March 26, 1925.
She will be lovingly remembered by her son Hoi and daughter Kay; as well as by her many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Mrs. Kwan was predeceased by her husband, Chung Kai Kwan; her parents, Sik Lan Wong and Yuk Nui Chow; her brother Sau Wah Wong; and her sister Mei Yee Wong.
Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at a Visitation held at Foster’s Garden Chapel, 3220 – 4 Street N.W., Calgary, Alberta, on Saturday, December 17, 2022, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
The Funeral Service for Mrs. Kwan will be held at Foster’s Garden Chapel, 3220 – 4 Street N.W., Calgary, Alberta, on Sunday, December 18, 2022, at 2:00 p.m.
