Dennis Cheetham, born in Calgary, Alberta, on June 17, 1940 to Dorothy and Ernest Cheetham, passed away on Sunday, July 14, 2019 in Calgary, Alberta at the age of 79 years.
Dennis had a vibrant personality and spent most of his career in sales and sales management. In his early days Dennis had a passion for boating and water sports, spending countless weekends waterskiing on many lakes of Alberta and British Columbia. Dennis was also an avid and skilled builder being able to do anything from tiling a kitchen to building a grand deck. He was always willing to use these skills to help his friends and neighbours.
Dennis is survived by his wife of 40 years Darlene, his brother Richard (Lynne), three children; Donna, Deanna (Brian), and Blake and two grandchildren; Zeb and Edin.
A Celebration of Life for Dennis will be held on Friday, August 9, 2019 from 6:00 p.m.to 10:00 p.m. at 2315 Maunsell Drive NE, Calgary, Alberta.
