Colin Rogers passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family at the Rockyview General Hospital on January 31, 2022 at the age of 76 years. Colin is sadly missed by his loving wife Carol; his children Mark, Stuart (Nancy), Chris and Emma (Bruce); and his adoring grandchildren.
Colin was born and raised in Middlesbrough, England where he met Carol and they began their life together. Over the years, while living in England, South Africa and eventually settling in Calgary, Alberta, they raised four children and Colin became a proud and incredible Grandad/Gumps to his “little peskies”.
Colin began his career in England at Ken Home International and continued his successful journey in Canada. He enjoyed many hardworking years at Delta Catalytic, Aecon and Bantrel where he retired as a Project/Construction Manager in 2007.
Colin will be greatly missed by his family and friends. He is loved “a million pounds of sugar” and will never be forgotten.
A private celebration of life will be held by his family.
