It is with great sadness that the family of Carol McRae announce her passing on Saturday, December 25, 2021 in Calgary, Alberta.
Carol was quick witted and loved to have fun. The shining light in her life was her daughter Alexia.
Carol is forever remembered by: her daughter Alexia McRae; her mother Margaret Wassenaar; sisters Lorel Wassenaar and Corinne Peterson; niece Emma Paunescu; brother-in-law John Peterson; nephew Dylan Peterson; and many relatives and friends.
She was predeceased by her father George Wassenaar.
A private family celebration of life will be held at a later date.
