Alicia Wong passed away at the Peter Lougheed Hospital in Calgary, Alberta on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at the age of 93 years. Alicia was born in Kwang Tung, China. She is survived by her sons Horacio Wong Jr. and Frank Wong (Anna); daughters Christine (Gordon Quon), Irene (Kung Choi Leon), Teresa (Tim Chung) and Lily (John Woo); four granddaughters Laurie (David Morrison), Mellisa Quon, Tracey (Patrick Reece), Jocelyn (Jeremy Chan); seven grandsons Edmond Leon (Tien), Ernest Leon (Connie), Steven Quon, Danny Leon (Annie), Nathan Chung (Candace), Christopher Woo (Vicky), Kyle Woo ; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Those wishing to pay their respects may do so at visitation at Foster’s Garden Chapel, 3220 – 4 Street, N.W., Calgary, Alberta (across from Queen’s Park Cemetery), on Wednesday, November 14, 2018 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
A Funeral service will be held at Foster’s Garden Chapel on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. with interment to follow at Queen’s Park Cemetery.
