They lived and worked on a farm outside of Rockyview, Alberta until moving to Calgary while Bill was overseas during WWII. Elaine was born in September of 1939. They returned to the farm until moving back to Calgary to stay in 1946.
Alice is predeceased by her husband William, her daughter Elaine, and her sisters: Violet, Roberta, and brothers Robert, David and Charles. She is survived by her sister Betty, her son-in-law Robert, 4 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
