Bill was born in NYC where he lived with his family before moving to CA in 1972. He attended Newbury Park High School, Newbury Park, CA. Bill worked as a building engineer at various high rise buildings throughout the Los Angeles area, including the Staples Center. Before Bill suffered his first strokes, he was an avid pool player, “Eight Ball Bill." He enjoyed playing cards; hearts and spades were among his favorites. Bill was a big football fan and a huge New York Giants fan. Playing the lotto and participating in sports pools was something he also enjoyed. To know Bill was to know he was an extremely generous person, always giving and doing for others when he could. After suffering multiple strokes, Bill moved to Michigan in December of 2022, where he settled in nicely. Bill attended church at Caledonia Christian Reformed Church weekly. Those who knew Bill knew he loved to shop! He participated in several fundraising events at his church where he shopped for school supplies, filled backpacks, donated food for area food pantries, baby items, and so much more. Bill was able to still enjoy watching football and participate in weekly football pools. Bill will be missed by many old and new friends and family. Bill loved to cook and bake brownies. He accepted the Lord at a Promise Keepers conference back in 1998.
