Nancy Lavonne Smith

Nancy was a member of the First Baptist Church of Marble Falls. She was a homemaker, VBS teacher, a loving mother, and a devoted Christian. Nancy was also a counselor for First Baptist Church Prison Ministry, a sales associate for the Marble Falls Wal-Mart and worked in the Child Nutrition Department for Burnet CISD.

Nancy is preceded in death by her infant son, Daniel Eldon Smith, her parents, Eldon and Eunice Thurman, and her sister, Marilyn Johnson.

Nancy is survived by her daughter, Tracy Smith-Shirley and her husband, Bobby, Tracy's father, Rocky Smith and her sister Carol Thurman-Cost and her husband Jim Cost. Nancy is also survived by 3 Grandchildren, Kayla Shirley, Triston Shirley, and Peyton Shirley. As well as 3 Great Grandchildren, Ezra Carnley, River Shirley and Luca Serio. Nancy is also survived by her nephew Will Johnson and her nieces DeAnna Johnson-Phister and Ruth Cost-Templeton.

Funeral services for Nancy will be held at First Baptist Church of Marble Falls on Friday August 5th at 10:00am with interment to follow at Marble Falls City Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Triston Shirley, Peyton Shirley, Gary Thurman, Damon Thurman, Will Johnson and Daryl Holley.
