James Dean Phillips of Burnet, 53, passed away April 7, 2016. He was born July 23, 1962 in Baytown to James A. and Merlene Warren Phillips.
He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and hunting; and very proud of his heritage. James retired from TDCJ after 17 years.
James “J.D.” is survived by his daughters Keeley Phillips and Kassidy Cullen of Burnet, sister Michelle Hughes of Atlanta, GA, parents James and Merlene Phillips of Burnet, fiancé Lorie Lopez, and granddaughters Leilani Cullen and Jocelyn Banks. He is also survived by 2 nieces and many other family members.
Memorial service will be held Sunday April 10, 2016 at 2:00 pm at Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home.
Arrangements were made by Clements-Wilcox Funeral Home in Burnet.
