Veronica Patricia White

Veronica Patricia White (MacPhail) age 93 passed away peacefully in Vancouver surrounded by her loving family. Veronica was born and lived her early years in Blackville, NB. She married her first husband Wallace Buggie (predeceased) and had 2 sons. In 1966, she remarried and relocated to Vancouver with James White (predeceased). Together, Veronica and James raised a blended family which included David (Heather) Buggie, Joan (Albert) Leger and Allan (Anna) Buggie. Over the years, they were blessed with many grandchildren and great-grandchidren. Veronica will always be remembered for her wonderful baking which graced the table of many family events. She made sure there were always plenty of sweet treats for all the grandkids and goodie bags to take home. Veronica loved to travel and spent many vacations in New Brunswick with family and friends.

We would like to thank the staff at Kopernik Lodge for the wonderful care Veronica received over the past few years.

Family and friends are welcome to attend the Mass of Christian Burial at St. Francis of Assisi Parish, 2025 Napier Street, Vancouver, BC at 11:00am on Saturday, January 25, 2020. Internment will follow at Ocean View Burial Park, 4000 Imperial Street, Burnaby.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to BC Children’s Hospital.
