I didn't have the opportunity to know Terri-Lynn personally but I read her obituary by chance because I felt compelled to read her story.  She has such a pretty face and upon viewing her funeral service, I realized that I saw her husband as a reporter for Global TV.  I am heartbroken to see her sons especially the twins leaning on the casket to say goodbye to their mother.

The journey ahead for John is not easy for a single dad with 3 young, adorable sons.  I hope your community beyond church will stand by you and walk with you in the days ahead, one step at a time.  Sometimes, there is absurdity in life that one can never comprehend, but a belief in being kind and caring to give a hand to those who need help is what we need to be human.  An elaborate spiritual discourse without a human touch proves to be irrelevant in time of suffering.

To the families of John and Terri-Lynn,

Terri-Lynn was one of the most beautiful and effervescent people.  Everyone she met felt the same way,. Whether as a delightful co-worker at Holt Renfrew or as the happy wife and mother that she became, Terri-Lynn lit up the room with her smile.

I am so very sorry for your loss.  I pray that you all will be able to continue on living as best as you can as you grieve. I am so very sorry for your loss. Terri was such a beautiful soul. We had not spoken in years, but recently found each other on Facebook. Terri and I share many memories through both grade school and high school. Many of my friendship memories from high school include Terri and her infectious spirit and laugh. May she rest in peace. TL was a dear friend who I loved very much.  

We bonded over both having 3 boys and being separated by distance with beloved family.  We loved really loud Christmas music, short bread, Baileys and all things potatos. I shall miss our Pancake brunches with all my heart.

TL was the first person I reached out to to share the good, bad and downright ugly. She has been with me for the best times during the last 6 years and there for the worse. She was unrelenting in her kindness and support and I shall be forever grateful for her love and friendship.

My heart is with John, the boys, her Mother and Sister. She loved you all dearly. I am so very sorry for your unimaginable loss.

TL, I love you, I appreciate you and I miss you  . Until the next time, I will order "all the potatoes!"

I am so sorry for your immeasurable loss.  I heard through a friend that Terri-Lynn had passed and immediately, my heart hurt.  I am truly so sorry that her journey here on earth was so short. Though I only knew you through a few photo sessions, it was clear that she was a bright light.  I will continue to keep you all in my thoughts and prayers as you move forward.  I'm so sorry.  

I send my deepest condolences to the family through this difficult time and my heart and prayers are with you. Although I have not been in touch with Terri-Lynn for many years, she has remained a light in my life with whom I hold great memories of friendship during our blossoming 20s. Her joy, warmth, and fun energy was a gift to me and touched my life, as I am sure the way she touched many lives. I will always cherish her amazing spirit and know it will live on through her children as her eternal legacy.

I am so sad to hear of Terri-Lynn’s sudden passing. I had the privilege to know Her when we leaved in Trenton. Furthermore, I worked with her mother for many years and through Christine we got to know Terri Lynn and Elaine, during their youth years. 
I remember Terri Lynn always as a joyful and vibrant person. 

You will be in my Prayers and I hope that the memories that you all have from Her, will give you strength during these difficult days.

John we didn’t know each other that well but I’ll always remember your wife at the arena pulling the boys gear in multi tasking while on the phone dealing with something.

We didn't get to see Terri-Lynn much since the move to BC but have followed along on her adventures on social media, always taking amazing nature hikes with the boys, or supporting them in their acting endeavours, fully relishing her role as a mother. I personally will remember her as a vibrant, graceful, and loving person, with a great sense of style, who always had a smile on her face. Our deepest sympathies to her family.

John, I never met your beautiful wife Terri Lynn but I know how much you loved her. My deepest sympathies go out to you and your 3 boys at this terrible time.

When I think of Terri Lynn I think of her and I always laughing (and bonding) about our grey hair. We were the moms at school with the most grey hair and we always were trying to figure out how the heck to cover it . She taught me that blonde was the best way to go, and boy did she look beautiful with her new blonde do. She also had so much to teach me about the kids going in to acting and who to use for this and how to do auditions , she was so full of wonderful tips. She was always up for a walk around , whether it was the soccer field or the school field. When I picture her in my mind I will forever think of her wonderful laugh that was so her, her amazing green eyes and the image of her pulling her boys in the wagon walking to school. I will forever miss her presence and there will always be a piece missing in the community that she once filled.

I am so sad to hear of Terri-Lynn’s sudden passing. Although we hadn’t spoken in many years, I remember her as a lovely kind soul from  high school. You are all in my thoughts and I am sending you strength during this unimaginably difficult time.
