It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Peter Blundell, just eight weeks after the passing of his beloved son Phillip, from the same disease, pancreatic cancer. He will be greatly missed by his wife of 54 years Lynda, daughter Margo, son-in-law Brad, daughter-in-law Michelle, much loved grandsons Travis, Aden, Alexander and Matthew, brother Francis, sister Maureen (Dave), nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and friends.
Peter will be remembered as a kind, gentle man who was devoted to his family. He shared a love of tools and “fixing things” with his son. He loved the mountains and spent many happy hours hiking and skiing. He is now together again with his son Phillip.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, November 5, 2021, at Bell & Burnaby Funeral Chapel, 4276 Hastings Street, Burnaby. There is parking at the rear.
