LESLIE (Les) PATRICK SHEWCHUK passed away peacefully on March 31, 2023, age 55. Predeceased by his father, mother and younger brother, Les leaves to mourn him his Uncle Andy (Sonia), Aunt Paulette (Jorek), sister-in-law Lisa, niece Jessica, cousins Autumn, Aurora and Anne. He will be sadly missed by long-time friends Deb, Doe, Ernest, Cade, the Shaw and Poirier families and many other extended family members, friends and coworkers.
Family and friends would like to thank the doctors, nurses and other staff at Royal Columbian Hospital Intensive Care Unit and Cardiac Surgical ICU for their wonderful care and support while Les was in hospital.
Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 pm on Friday, April 21, 2023 in the Chapel at Forest Lawn Cemetery Burnaby, BC following by interment at 2:30pm.
Due to the recent rise in Omicron and other viruses, masks are recommended and appreciated to ensure everyone's safety.
