With a heavy heart we announce that Cynthia Chow passed away at Burnaby General Hospital. She will be missed dearly by many including her son Shane Chow (Rosie Chow), sister Diane Desjardins, nephews Randal and Ronald Yee as well as the extended Fong family. A celebration of life will be held at Forest Lawn Funeral Home (3789 Royal Oak Ave., Burnaby) on Friday September 22, 2017 at 1pm.
