Rose Mary Bartkowiak

Rose Mary was born on February 1, 1943 in Somerville, Texas to RT and Lillie Eldridge. Rose Mary retired from TAMU after dedicating 26 years of service to the printing center. She could often be found working on a puzzle. She always made sure to tune in on Fridays and Mondays to watch wrestling, and Aggie football on Saturdays. She had a love for the color yellow. She shared a special bond with her cat, Tobi, who provided her with a lot of joy.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Felix Bartkowiak; sister, Barbara and Herbert Richardson; sons, Grady “Dean” Luce, Wayne Luce; and brother, Robert Eldridge.

She is survived by her children, Lennie Earl Luce and Crystal of Bryan, Felix Floyd Bartkowiak and wife Heather of Bryan, Helen Marie Hibbeler and husband Jaime of Caldwell, Tommie Lee Bartkowiak of Pasadena; 14 grandchildren and Numerous great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Visitation is set from 5:00 to 7:00 PM on Sunday, November 17 at Memorial Funeral Chapel in Bryan. A funeral service is set for 2:00 PM on Monday, November 18 at Memorial Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow at Rest-Ever Memorial Park Cemetery in Bryan.
